Guiding the Wild – Payment terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed upon no bookings will be considered confirmed until we have received payment in full.
To reserve your place on a tour, Guiding The Wild requires a 50% non-refundable deposit (this deposit is not refundable as we do not hold your deposit, it is paid out to the many hotels/lodges and service providers to secure your booking).
The balance of your tour fee is payable 90 days before arrival date.
Banking details are shown on your invoice.
We strongly advise you to get travel insurance in place.
