My husband and I hired Pierre from Bush Baby Safaris for a 3 night/4 day private safari in Imfolozi/Hwehweue Park this past July. We had an amazing time! Pierre was so knowledgeable about all the animals and the area we were driving through that we learned more than we ever thought we would! He made sure we knew he was available to take us wherever and whenever we wanted to go, but his recommendations based on his years of experience were definitely the way to go.
Dinners consisted of well cooked game on the braai with some fantastic sides he also prepared. Mornings always started with tea or coffee and bisque(sp?) which was similar to biscotti but way better! Then we would get out for a sunrise game drive and return for an actual Pierre-cooked breakfast that was delicious! While we were driving around, Pierre would stop when he spotted something or when we asked him to stop for photos of something. Getting to see so many wild African animals so close while still inside the vehicle was amazing!
