The province of KwaZulu-Natal has a rich history, especially when it comes to colonial and tribal warfare circa the mid 1800’s to and early 1900’s. Most of the battles that occurred in South Africa took place in the midlands regions of Kwazulu-Natal. At the time, this was the domain of the Zulu kingdom, situated in the Nongoma district, the heart of Zululand (today still the home of the reigning monarch.)
Bushbaby Safaris offers daily tours of the Battlefields. Please Click Here for more information on our Day Tour Options.
